Our Story
Amy's Snow Cones began as a simple dream — to make shaved ice that actually tastes like something. Not the sugary, artificial stuff you get from a machine that's been running since 1998. Real flavor. Real care.
Every syrup is mixed by hand in small batches. Every cone is shaved fresh, never pre-packaged. We opened our doors in Fresno so our neighbors could have a place that feels like a treat without the pretense.
It's not fancy. It's honest. And that's exactly what people keep coming back for.
The Process
There's a rhythm to how we work — and every step matters.
We start with a dense, flavored ice block — not plain water ice. Each flavor has its own block, pre-frozen to the perfect density.
Our manual shaver turns the block into a cloud of impossibly fine ice — the kind that holds together when you lift the cone but melts on your tongue.
A generous drizzle of our house-made syrup, then any toppings you choose — condensed milk, sprinkles, fruit, the works.
